Rear Admiral John Onoriode Kpokpogri (rtd) DSS, psc+,fwc, MSc is the Chief Executive Officer of Doric Security. He graduated from the Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna, and attended the prestigious Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, UK. He participated in the air service training college in Perth, Scotland, as a helicopter pilot. He has held several leadership positions, including Defense Adviser to the Embassy of Nigeria in Equatorial Guinea, Director of Naval Operations, Director of Policy, Director of Manning at the Naval Headquarters, and Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command. He has also commanded several ships and bases, including flagship NNS Aradu, NNS Ambe, NNS Umalokun (NNS Delta), and Naval Air Station. He is a graduate of the National War College Abuja and holds an MSC in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. His last appointment before retirement was as Deputy Commandant Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna State. He retired in 2008 after 35 years of meritorious service in the Nigerian Navy.
Efemena Kpokpogri is the Managing Director of Doric Security. His experience cuts across Government and Private Establishments, and he joined Doric Security as an administrative officer, bringing his expertise as an internationally certified auditor and maritime risk expert. He restructured the company and worked his way up to the rank of Managing Director and also sits on the Board of Directors. He holds a Diploma in Law from the University of Abuja, a B.Sc. in Political Science and Public Administration from Igbinedion University, and an MBA from Coventry University, UK. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), a member of the International Institute of Professional Security, a Certified Internal Auditor, and currently a risk management expert and also certified Port Facility Security Officer. Efe has a wealth of experience in Administration, Sales, Investments, Acquisitions, Corporate Alliances, Performance Evaluation, Implementation of policies, setting up Business Modules and Strategies, and Monitoring and Analysis of Operational Data to ensure potential problems are averted.
Pierre Antoun is the Vice Chairman of Doric Security. He assists the Chairman in performing his duties and responsibilities in his absence and takes an essential role in monitoring the implementation of the company’s strategies to ensure strict adherence to the company's goals and objectives. Pierre is a Nigerian-based Contractor/Engineer who has technically delivered contract jobs in Nigeria. He is a businessman of great repute and sits on the Board of Jomaya Aluminum Limited as the Chairman and one of the Directors of Sigmaspec Electromechanical Limited. He has a substantial share in other Blue Chip Companies either championed by him or those he believes in.
Odiri Sheidu is the Head of Human Resources at Doric Security. She began her career in the United Kingdom in Customer Services, where she worked for over seven years. She then moved on to the insurance industry, working for Stonebridge International UK as, a consultant to Lloyds TSB and Barclays Bank, and gained the IATA Certification for Carriage of Dangerous Goods while working for World Courier UK in worldwide logistics. In 2006, Odiri joined Guaranty Trust Assurance (now known as Mansard Insurance Plc) where she founded the Customer Care department, the Call Centre, and the Mailroom system as the Unit Head of Customer Care. She played a major role in many process improvement initiatives and was a member of the Operations Group for many years. Odiri began her career in Human Resources in 2008 as the Head of HR. She was instrumental in the Company's Culture Re-orientation drive and in the rapid growth of the Retail Agency Expansion project. She developed Human Resource (HR) initiatives, including family-friendly policies and several online HR functions related to Recruitment and Performance Management. Odiri's strengths lie in Organizational Development, Organizational Culture Compliance, and Employee Relations. Odiri graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1997. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK.
